The white rice is soft and digestible. It is slowly absorbed by the body rather than refined flour, and with a side dish with the chosen nutrients, it helps the diet.
Hou to use
• Suggested use_Servings about 3/4 cup cooked rice for 2 people. (Water or Broth 1-1/2 cup)
1. Rinse desired amount of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain.
2. Bring soaked rice and water to a boil.
3. Cover with a tight-fitting lid.
4. Cook for 25 minutes.
5. Maintain a low simmer and with lid on for 5 min. more.
6. Remove from heat and let steam for 5 min.
